About the Expo

The Independent C-store Expo has proven to be an excellent format for introducing your company's programs to our locations. Your presence would be greatly appreciated, along with a contribution of sponsorship to offset the cost of this function. Other opportunities available include providing samples and information concerning your company's products and/or services. Your Company will be listed prominently on a welcome sign as a proud sponsor which will be located near the registration table, based on the level of participation. Numerous announcements during the reception will also recognize our preferred vendor partners.

As you review the sponsorship packages, please note the discounts available to preferred vendors. This discount is our way of saying thank you for your continued support of our retailers. If this is your first time to participate in the reception, please note that it is important to us to deliver a quality event and increased business value for you. Our goal is to make The Independent C-store Expo a success.

Assigned booth space will be on a first come - first served basis. All space was sold out last year, and we expect an even larger demand this year. Don't be left out! Please respond as soon as possible, but no later then Friday, January 14, 2010. Thank you in advance for your support.
